Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. For orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this and the actual shipment may take place later.

In general, delivery should take place within three working days. In exceptional cases, this should be done within five working days.

The shipping costs are:

  • €2,95 for orders under €35 that fit through the letterbox
  • €4,95 for orders under €35 that don’t fit through the letterbox
  • Free for orders over €35

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt. However, this is not allowed for the Essentuary products listed below:

  • Peri Bottle
  • Breast Pearl Compresses
  • Perineal Pearl Compress
  • Alcohol Test Strips

We use the legal ground for exclusion referred to in Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, because we must be able to guarantee hygiene for these products for the safety of all consumers.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €5 per package, but please consult the website of your desired carrier for the exact rates. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Essentuary with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than should be necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the products with care and make sure that they are well packaged when returning.

Exchange Policy

Do you want to exchange your product? Please contact and we will be sure to assist you. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product. With regards to which products can be exchanged, please refer to Essentuary’s Return Policy.
