Warm/Cold Breast Compresses
Leave the cabbage in the fridge and treat yourself to our breast compresses, which can be used warm or cold to ease discomfort during the postpartum and/or breastfeeding period.
Cold use (freezer)
Use the compresses cold for instant cooling relief. They can help reduce pain and swelling caused by engorgement and may ease vasospasms or nipple blanching. Also helpful after breast surgery.
arm use (microwave/warm water)
Warm compresses can have a positive effect and provide relief for let-down reflex, blocked milk ducts, and mastitis (breast inflammation). Wear the warm compresses before or after feeding – or even while pumping – to help stimulate milk flow and shorten pumping time. They can also be helpful for sensitive breasts during menstruation or after breast surgery.
